Job Positions and Requirements
Quality Department
We have three key openings in the Quality Department, each requiring different levels of experience and expertise.
1. Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) – Senior Engineer (SE) / Assistant Manager (AM)
Qualification: B.Tech. / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Requirement: The candidate should have experience working in the automobile industry. This role involves ensuring that suppliers meet company standards and maintaining the quality of components received.
2. Product Quality Assurance (PQA) – Engineer
Qualification: B.Tech. / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Requirement: Candidates from the automobile industry are preferred. This role includes quality inspection, defect analysis, and ensuring compliance with product standards.
3. Plant Maintenance – Senior Engineer (SE) / Assistant Manager (AM)
Qualification: B.Tech. / BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Requirement: The candidate should have expertise in PLC programming and maintenance of electrical systems. This role is crucial for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical components within the plant.
Operation Department
Our Operations team is seeking professionals with mechanical and electrical expertise to manage plant maintenance.
4. Plant Maintenance – Deputy Engineer (Mechanical)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Requirement: Candidates should have prior experience in the automobile industry and be skilled in handling mechanical maintenance within the plant.
5. Plant Maintenance – Deputy Engineer (Electrical)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Requirement: Candidates should have prior experience in the automobile industry and be proficient in handling electrical maintenance within the plant.
Production Department
The Production Department is offering three positions for experienced professionals.
6. Assistant Manager (AM) / Deputy Manager (DM)
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Requirement: The candidate should have experience in the automobile industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage production processes efficiently.
7. Tool Room – Deputy Manager (DM) / Senior Manager (SM)
Qualification: Postgraduate / DPMT (Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology)
Experience: Minimum 15 years
Requirement: The candidate should have extensive experience in managing tool rooms and handling plastic moulding technology.
8. Production (Assembly) – Senior Engineer (SE) / Assistant Manager (AM)
Qualification: B.Tech. / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Requirement: Female candidates are encouraged to apply. This role involves supervising and managing production processes in the assembly unit.
Process Engineering Department
The Process Engineering Department has one position available for an experienced professional.
9. Plant Process Engineering (PE) – Manager / Senior Manager (SM)
Qualification: B.Tech. / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Requirement: Candidates must have prior experience in the automobile industry and be skilled in process improvement and engineering solutions.
Human Resources (HR) Department
The HR Department is looking for a professional to manage Learning & Development (L&D) and Training & Development (T&D).
10. Officer / Senior Officer (SO) – Learning & Development (L&D) / Training & Development (T&D)
Qualification: MBA or MSW in Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Requirement: The candidate should have experience in automobile industry HR functions, specifically in employee training and development.
