Positions Available: 3


Role: Chief Manager


Experience Required: 12-18 years


Educational Qualification: MSW/MBA/LLB


Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Punjabi



Key Responsibilities:


Overseeing statutory compliances to ensure smooth HR operations.


Managing manpower planning, recruitment, and workforce deployment.


Administering salary structures, wage policies, and benefits.


Liaising with government officials for legal and administrative matters.


Ensuring adherence to labor laws and industrial relations policies.
