About the Role: Product Trainer


As a Product Trainer, you will play a critical role in our company by ensuring that all stakeholders—employees, dealers, sales teams, and customers—understand the features, benefits, and proper usage of our tractors and agricultural machinery. Your job will be to educate and empower individuals through well-structured training programs, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.


You will work closely with various departments, including Research & Development (R&D) and Product Management, to stay up-to-date with the latest product advancements. Additionally, you will collect feedback from trainees to help improve our products and training materials.


This role requires travel, as you will be conducting on-site training sessions and supporting industry events to ensure our customers and teams receive the best possible learning experience.



Qualification Requirements


To be considered for this role, you should meet the following academic and professional criteria:


A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:


Agricultural Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Automobile Engineering

Or a related technical field



Experience:


4 to 10 years of experience in the tractor and agricultural machinery industry.


Hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, including product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.


Prior experience in a training or education role is a plus but not mandatory.



Key Responsibilities of a Product Trainer


As a Product Trainer at Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd., your day-to-day tasks will involve a mix of technical training, collaboration, and travel. Here’s what you can expect:


1. Conducting Training Sessions


Deliver comprehensive training programs for a diverse audience, including:


Company employees

Dealers

Sales teams

Customers



Ensure training sessions are interactive, engaging, and informative, making complex technical concepts easy to understand.



2. Developing Training Materials


Create and update training materials, including:

Presentations

Product manuals

Hands-on demonstration guides

Digital learning content



Adapt materials based on audience needs, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with the latest industry trends.



3. Staying Updated with Industry Trends


Keep abreast of new developments in the agricultural machinery sector, including emerging technologies and innovations.

Ensure training content reflects the latest advancements and best practices.



4. Collaborating with R&D and Product Management Teams


Work closely with Research & Development (R&D) and Product Management to stay informed about new product developments.

Provide insights into how products can be improved based on field feedback and training experiences.



5. Traveling for On-Site Training & Events


Conduct training sessions at various locations, including dealer premises, customer sites, and industry events.

Represent Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd. at trade shows and agricultural fairs, providing live product demonstrations.



6. Gathering Feedback & Suggesting Improvements


Collect feedback from trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Share valuable insights with the product development team to enhance product design and functionality based on user experience.
